We serve people and small businesses who need to file bankruptcy in all divisions of the Eastern District of Texas. This includes the Tyler, Marshall, Beaumont, Lufkin, Sherman, and Texarkana Divisions. This includes the following counties:
The bankruptcy court for the Marshall and Tyler Divisions is located in Tyler, Texas at 110 North College Ave. For the Beaumont Division, the Court is located at 300 Willow Street Suite 100, Beaumont. For the Sherman and Texarkana Divisions, the Court is located at 660 North Central Expressway, Suite 300B, Plano. In all cases a 341 hearing is held by Zoom video. You may attend from home or work by Zoom. If you are not familiar with the Zoom platform, you can also come to our office and we’ll help you get connected. Other than the 341 hearing, most other hearings are held in person.
