Both newspapers may publish lawsuits filed and judgments entered. Wood County also has online records for lawsuits filed. Your bankruptcy records are filed in a public system called PACER. Anyone who has a PACER account can look at the public records. In addition, your bankruptcy will be reported to the credit reporting agencies.
