The bankruptcy court for the Marshall and Tyler Divisions is located in Tyler, Texas at 110 North College Ave. For the Beaumont Division, the Court is located at 300 Willow Street Suite 100, Beaumont. For the Sherman and Texarkana Divisions, the Court is located at 660 North Central Expressway, Suite 300B, Plano. Right now, all hearings are by telephone or video due to COVID-19. So, you will just call or connect to the meeting from your home or work. Our attorney will be on the line/video with you the whole time. If you don’t feel comfortable with the process, you can also come to our office and we’ll help you get connected. The Courts are currently closed limiting access to online and mail only.
